LAND USE: Riders must have wristbands for identification. You must stop if signaled by Bama Slam Staff.
HELMETS: DOT helmets must be worn at all times on all open motorized vehicles.
SEATBELTS: Must be worn at all times by all occupants in a motorized vehicle.
DOUBLE RIDING: The ATV Park recommends following manufacturers guidelines. Number of riders must pertain to number of seatbelts.
MINORS: Anyone under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver to ride and be on site at all times.
TRAILS: Ride cautiously and safely at all times. Stay on marked trails and obey all signs, gates, and barriers. See map for one way and two-way markings. Cross only at marked crossings.
SPEED LIMITS: 10 MPH in parking lots, 15 MPH on service roads. Excessive speed or reckless driving will not be tolerated. Please follow posted speed. Do not under any circumstances perform any activity that will degrade campground including, but not limited to, drag racing, cyclones, doughnuts, burn outs, creek riding, littering, etc.
FIREWORKS: No fireworks will be allowed.
COOLERS: Only park staff personnel will check coolers upon entry to the trails and at any time while on the property. Glass bottles are not allowed on the property.
RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK: Drivers and passengers ride at their own risk. Do not attempt an obstacle if you do not think you or your rig is capable.
PARK OPERATION HOURS: 8AM until 5PM (winter hours) and 8AM to 6PM (summer hours)
DAMAGE, LOSS, THEFT, OR INJURY: Bama Slam Off-Road Park is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal property or for the injury to visitors.
LITTER: Litter laws are strictly enforced. Users are expected to use trash receptacles or to remove any trash they bring with them.
ATV REGULATIONS: ATV’s must have properly functioning spark arrestors and mufflers.
OTHER RIDERS: Be considerate of other riders while riding trails and report any unauthorized or illegal behavior observed.
DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS: Anyone caught not abiding by the rules set by the Bama Slam Off-Road Park will be subject to the following disciplinary actions with no refunds:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: We acknowledge that engaging in the activities has inherent risks and dangers which include, without limitation:
We understand the risks, hazards, and dangers associated with the Activities, and have had the opportunity to discuss them with the Park staff and others of our choosing. We represent that we are in good physical health and that we have the mental and physical ability to safely engage in the activities. We further represent that none of us has recently had surgery, takes blood thinners, is pregnant, suffers from a medical condition that could be worsened by strenuous or jarring physical activity, or has otherwise been advised by a physician not to engage in strenuous or jarring activity.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK IN AND OUT AT MAIN OFFICE.
We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.
SPEED LIMIT: 15 mph. Please observe our speed limit to insure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!
QUIET TIME: 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.
SITE OCCUPANCY: Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.
CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
SAFETY AFTER DARK: In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. Riding is allowed after dark.
TRASH: Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located around the park.
CAMPFIRES: Campfires are only permitted in Bama Slam RV Park.
PORTABLE GRILLS: Only gas grills are allowed in the park. Wood or charcoal grills are NOT allowed.
FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS: Prohibited on park property including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns.
PETS: Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings and bathrooms areas. They are prohibited due to health codes. Maximum of 3 Pets allowed.
GUESTS- All Guests MUST check in at the General Store before closing hours. At no time shall a guest be allowed to ride without properly checking in, (Must sign the waiver and receive/wear wrist band.) Any violation from Tenants of the RV Park or Campground regarding guests visiting the property, may be removed.
CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 1:00 PM.
